Description

We show pictures of the exhibit at the Copan Sculpture Museum that shows three 3-dimensional stone sculptures that were found in the collapsed Hijole Structure of Copan. Two are “cascading waterfalls”; the other is the 3-dimensional white pelican with fish in its mouth. Also, we talk about water birds, specially pelicans in Guatemala and how they were portraited in Maya art.
