We have conducted extensive research on flowers that appear in Maya paintings and sculpture. We find new things to study every time we explore new ecosystems, from walking in the forest or wading through a swamp, at high altitude on a mountain, or surrounded by cacti and other thorny plants in dry areas. his work naturally connects to our mission to save endangered species and fragile ecosystems.

MayanToons is in charge of the design of educational material that promotes the knowledge, and conservation of the native natural resources of Guatemala and Mesoamerica. MayanToons generates graphic material, such as illustrations, layouts, comic-books, posters and educational animations that highlight the importance of flora, fauna, and Mayan culture of the Mesoamerican territory.
